UHU!!!!! After so much work we finally got back... especially with an amazing OFM conference with lot of execution and strategies....

The conference was in Porto with the logistical help of AIESEC FEP. Thanks!

We also had the Millennium TV recording some AIESEC dances... omg... let's see how the 50th anniversary video will look like :)

The PS GN (Portuguese Speaking Growth Network) is increasing a lot... and in the left you can see the awesone rapper, white shirt crazy guy, Nuno Monteiro, MCP of Germany :)

A great person to meet :)

On our right you can see the hard work that we were having!! Working groups around innovation, external relations, growth network initiatives, budget, internal reality, etc... lots of issues, ideas and statregies to bring growth to our GN! With the orange shirt you can see Tabbs Beer (:p), MCP of Denmark, on the left of me you can see Davide Moleti, MCP of Italy. After him you see Will, MCP of UK and finally... on the back you can another PS GN member... David Pires, MCP of France.

More and more work... but there was also time to have some fun...:)

WENA PM - Part I

Hey!!!! WENA PM was awesome... lots of adventures in the trip... starting by having to find the Czech MC office... it was quite an adventure... :)

The beginning it was very cool... we discussed a lot about our Growth Network and the informal moments with other MCPs was perfect ;)

On the rigth we have our WENA Director, Kate Hanlon, originally from Australia. She is a very kind and excellent person that can help a lot our country to growth :)

Another nice thing was the PwC office in Prague were we had two conference rooms with lot of space... and the lunch offered by them was very good :p

This was for sure one of the most unique conversation that the MC could have during the day... Bia (Former MCP0708, here with more than 60 years old...) and Antonio (Legendary person that visits the MC most of the days just to talk about Air Force and Government... :p)

In this picture the lady here (and now being serious) just wanted a powerpoint of one presentation that Hugo showed in a conference about Organizational Culture... but the best part was that the lady (Miss Madalena for the ones that don't know...) didn't recognize Hugo and said that would like to meet him... :) eheheeheheheh

After she asked the presentation... both persons seated on the chairs and started to talk in the MC for over 20 minutes about antropoloy and the society... while the MC members were working hard... funny moment of the day... to repeat!! :)

We had our first real real team days... mostly we got to know better each others right? eheehe :) that feedback session... uffff... just for the memories... our path during the day...getting knowledge about our history as a country, but also comparing with our AIESEC'er reality... and role :)

Discovery - My first post

Hey there,
First of all time to presentations. I'm Luís and im the finance guy in the team. So be aware if you do unnecessary spendings.
Just after the National Transition we had a National Conference that joined 120 delegates from newies, leadership and exchange applicants track in S. Pedro do Sul. For this special conference we had a special team of people that included not only the MC0809 team, but also the MC0708 team as well as Ricardo Marques (LCP@FEP) and Manuella Muller (from Germany). And we can't forget about our lovelly chair, Viola.

But the stars of the conference were the delegates that really motivated us to deliver the sessions.
And we can't forget the great OC (eu me remexo muito, eu remexo muito).......
More than our training and facilitating skills we also had the opportunity to pratice our acting skills during Saturday night were "vóvó" Bia was murdered and the delegates had to solve the mystery of the telenovela.

So much to tell.... but not today.... you don't want to have all the emotions.... and if you want to experience all that I said.... Apply for the next Discovery in November, ehehhehe.

National Transition

eheeheh.... our first moment as MC... preparing sessions till late... but the moment for sure is... "When will we decide the coachers of the LCs?"... It was almost impossible to not decide in this meeting right? ... for the history...

It was here that the new pop band "Os bate n'avo" was born. And the first concert was in the faci room.... uhu... all this spirit in the end it was cool and the picture shows that... :)

Our national transition with more than 90 delegates and the first H4TF real track ;) next year companies will cry to try to be here... ehehehe
